Mark got his start working for RAWSO as a project manager in early 2019. He and his wife, Payton, have a Jack Russell mix named Nina. Mark enjoys spending his free time hanging out with his wife, reading the Bible, working out, shooting guns, or watching basketball and football games.
Mark earned his degree in concrete industry management from Middle Tennessee State University, and he’s worked in bridge and civil construction for more than a decade. He developed a passion for construction from a young age, as he spent much of his time as a child working on the farm and doing residential construction. He says that RAWSO has a great work environment that allows him to explore the “endless opportunities” that are available in construction.
There are several things Mark enjoys about working here, especially the way RAWSO maintains a transparent and honest culture. With other companies he’s worked for, Mark experienced quite a bit of employee burnout due to a money-hungry atmosphere, but he says that isn’t the case at all with RAWSO. “The acknowledgment and respect Dylan shows to all of his employees for their hard work is the best I’ve ever witnessed,” he says.
