Industrial Park Site Development
The Airpark Commerce project in Nashville involved moving over 430,000 cubic yards of material to prepare two of four planned industrial buildings. These warehouses are expected to support job growth in the surrounding community. A narrow path originally split the large site, limiting access—RAWSO widened this corridor to maintain progress across all scopes of work. By accelerating material movement and utility installation, we delivered building pads ahead of schedule. Additionally, late-stage value engineering eliminated three retaining walls in favor of sloped grades, earning the owner substantial savings without compromising quality.
