Nashville Collegiate Prep is a flagship charter school built on an 80-acre site in South Nashville, featuring nearly 100 feet of elevation change from the school to its athletic fields. In addition to complex sitework, the project included offsite concrete-encased sewer, box culvert extension, three retaining walls, and a full roadway improvement. When less rock was encountered than expected, RAWSO and its trade partner designed and installed two gravity wall systems—an efficient solution that avoided costly redesigns. The building pad was delivered two weeks early, and the project ultimately finished ahead of schedule.
