RAWSO Constructors, LLC (“RAWSO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a civil‑construction company headquartered in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how our internal social‑media integration tools (the “Apps”) collect, use, and protect information obtained from authorized RAWSO employees and contractors.

2. Applicability of This Policy

This Policy applies only to the Apps listed below, each of which is restricted to personnel with RAWSO‑managed credentials and is not available to the public:

• Facebook / Instagram Posting Utility (Meta Graph API)
• LinkedIn Company‑Page Scheduler (LinkedIn Marketing API)
• TikTok Business Suite Integration (TikTok for Developers API)
• YouTube Channel Manager (YouTube Data API v3)
• Cross‑Platform Analytics & Publishing Dashboard

If you use any other RAWSO system (e.g., HR or ERP software), refer to the privacy statement specific to that system.

3. Information We Collect

We collect and process only the minimum data required for the Apps to function.

We do not access personal posts, messages, playlists, or content outside company‑managed pages, channels, and business profiles.

4. How We Use the Information

1. Publish and manage content (now and in future releases) on official RAWSO social‑media properties.
2. Retrieve analytics to measure campaign performance.
3. Troubleshoot and improve the Apps’ reliability and security.
4. Comply with platform and legal requirements (e.g., audit logs).

Your data is never used for advertising, profiling unrelated to your job, or resale.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data on the basis of RAWSO’s legitimate interest in operating its business communications and, where applicable, to fulfill contractual obligations to you as an employee or contractor.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Internal recipients: IT and Marketing staff with a business need to operate or support the Apps.
• External services: The platform APIs (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) that originally provided the data.
• No sales, rentals, or third‑party advertising. We do not disclose data to any other third party unless required by law or subpoena.

7. Security Measures

• Encryption at rest and in transit. Tokens and credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager and are transmitted over TLS 1.2+.
• Role‑based access control (RBAC). Only whitelisted Azure AD groups can reach the Apps’ admin panels.
• Least‑privilege API scopes. Each App requests only the scopes required for posting, uploading, and analytics.
• Network controls. Access is limited to RAWSO’s VPN or trusted office IP ranges.
• Routine audits. We perform quarterly security reviews and penetration testing of integration code.

8. Retention & Deletion

9. Employee Rights

Subject to applicable law and RAWSO policy, you have the right to:

• Access personal data the Apps hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of data no longer required for the purposes stated.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, platform rules, or operational practices.
