RAWSO completed sitework for a 42-lot single-family subdivision located just minutes from Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry. Originally farmland, the site required extensive undercutting and import operations to address poor soil conditions. In addition to onsite development, RAWSO coordinated nearly 900 feet of offsite water and sewer installation, along with municipal right-of-way improvements. Final work included new sidewalk installation and realignment of the adjacent intersection, all completed in close coordination with local agencies and trade partners.
