This Nashville-based development includes 173 luxury townhomes and a central clubhouse, delivered as a turn-key site for the owner. RAWSO handled earthwork, utilities, storm drainage, retaining walls, curb and flatwork, and asphalt paving. By working closely with local utility departments, we helped streamline the construction phasing, enabling vertical building to begin after just one phase. All earthwork was completed in roughly two months, with every phase delivered on or ahead of schedule.
