RAWSO completed full utility and site preparation for the Ridgeview Apartments multifamily housing complex in Antioch, Tennessee. Our scope included earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water, and electrical trenching. The project began in June 2020 and was completed in March 2022. A distinctive feature of the site was the integration of seven bio-retention ponds using two different types of stone. Two of these ponds were excavated early in the project to function as water quality facilities. Due to the location of an elementary school across the street, we implemented enhanced safety measures while securing a lane closure permit to connect the sanitary sewer main.
