NASHVILLE, TN - Nov. 29, 2021. RAWSO Constructors is adding to its executive team with the appointment of Matthew McQueen as Vice President of Operations.

As RAWSO continues to grow, it’s important that we protect our team culture so that everyone onboard can succeed. That’s why working with Amber Hurdle, founder of Velvet Machete, was a no-brainer. Velvet Machete is a branding and leadership coaching company that helps people become influential, confident, compassionate leaders.

While the story of RAWSO was rather unspectacular at first, we've been fortunate enough to enjoy strong growth over the past few years, especially in 2020. Despite what many may believe, I can't claim nearly any of the credit for myself. Beyond our people, the credit goes to those behind the scenes, like Jamie Noe, who make "build better" a reality.

RAWSO started their in-office technology with HCSS HeavyBid estimating software, which helped them get away from confusing, time-consuming spreadsheets and bid larger work like municipal contracts against bigger contractors.
