Doug Young Safety Training Center

This project consisted of improving a fire and police training facility for the city of Murfreesboro. The Owner had an accelerated schedule due to a national event they had to host on site.

Prior to obtaining the permit at the pre-construction meeting, we mobilized machines so we could start as soon as we had the permit in hand. We had multiple crews working on different activities for the duration of the project to meet the tight schedule. We streamlined our self-performed work and subcontracted work to finish the project two weeks early.
