Durham Farms

RAWSO is grateful to have played a part in the final three developmental sections of the Durham Farms community in Hendersonville, TN.

By partnering with our blasting partners, our grade crews were able to perform mass excavation of the existing site, balancing our cut material into fill for all residential lots and the final extension of Drakes Creek Road. By coordinating with the local utility districts, our underground crews worked to install infrastructure for the site and all 111 Residential Lots. Overall, our underground utility crews installed:

• 8,100LF of Sewer Pipe and Services
• 6,390 LF of Storm Pipe
• 9,680 LF of Water Main and Service Piping
• 45,000 LF of Electrical Pipe

Working with our concrete and paving partners, we completed the project by providing a turnkey site package ready for home building to commence.
