RAWSO Welcomes Matthew McQueen as VP of Operations

RAWSO Constructors is adding to its executive team with the appointment of Matthew McQueen as Vice President of Operations. With 8 years of high-level leadership experience, Matthew will be responsible for leading RAWSO’s Project Management team effective November 15, 2021.

“Matthew and I met 4 years ago and have been friends ever since! Over time, we started talking about him coming over to join the team. It took a long time, but by casting a clear vision to where we can go, and how he helps us get there even faster, he became excited about joining our mission” says Dylan Stephens.

McQueen will be defining short and long-term goals, developing and implementing a road map to reach those goals. In this role he will directly engage and lead the project management team, working to translate the company’s business objectives into a bold strategy as RAWSO continues to focus on internal growth. In addition, he will identify problems that arise on projects and create lasting relationships with project owners, vendors, and subcontractors.

His goal is to help take RAWSO to the next level and to become the contractor of choice, whether that is building a project, partnering in joint ventures with other companies, or becoming part of the RAWSO team. Matthew comments, “At the end of the day, what I enjoy most about my job is seeing people develop into the best version of themselves and within their role in the company. I take tremendous pride in seeing the projects that we build and how they positively impact the communities in which we work and live.”
